What data we collect
We collect only the information necessary to build and deliver your website:

- arrow_forwardPayment details — processed by GoCardless and/or Stripe (we never store card data)
How we use your data
Your data is used exclusively to build, deliver, and maintain your website. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use your contact details to communicate updates about your site build, send monthly performance reports, and respond to your support requests.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely in our Supabase database (EU-West-1, hosted in the UK/EU). We use Vercel for site hosting and GitHub for version control. All providers are GDPR-compliant.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our chat widget may set a session cookie to maintain your conversation.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also request that we restrict processing or export your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@builtsites.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active clients of any material changes by email. Continued use of our services after notice constitutes acceptance.
